Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not happy with your order you may return it for refund or exchange. The return grace period is 14 days.

To make a return or exchange please call our customer service department at (732) 557-6394 (Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm eastern time) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You will need to write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning or exchanging.

For sanitary reasons there are no returns or exchanges on hosiery, underwear, swimwear, wigs, hats or latex items.

All returns and exchanges must be unused, in resaleable condition with any tags still attached and in the original packaging.

Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges on orders which received Free Shipping will be charged for the additional shipping costs of sending your new items.

Returns on orders which received Free Shipping will have the standard applicable shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.

There are no additional shipping charges in the case of defective merchandise or an error on our part.

Once we've received your return it takes approximately 1-2 weeks for the credit to be reflected on your charge account.

If you paid with a check, we will issue a check to your billing address. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the check to arrive.

There is a 15% Restocking Fee applied to all returns.

There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

There are no restocking fees or additional shipping charges in the case of our error or a manufacturer's defect.

ALL COSTUMES ARE A FINAL SALE. All costumes and costume accessories are non-returnable.

On all orders you have 72 hours (3 days) to cancel you order free of charge. Thereafter, a 15% cancellation fee applies.

There is no cancellation fee on any orders cancelled by us.

Shipping charges for refused packages are non-refundable. Refused packages will incur additional shipping charges for the trip back to our warehouse. This policy also applies to any order cancellation request after shipping has occurred.
