Standard Shipping (UPS Ground) can take anywhere from 5-10 Business days from the day it's shipped.

Credits are NOT billed until orders are ready to ship. Your credit card statement will be billed to WF, Inc.

If I have a style/item number, but I can't find the product on your web site can you special order if for me?
No. All available merchandise is displayed on our website. But you may want to check out our Clearance Lingerie for bargains on discontinued merchandise.

If I order from you, how long can I expect to wait for the stuff to arrive?
Typically it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery on items that are not in stock. In stock merchandise usually less than a week.

Do you ship overseas?
We can ship to Canada and United States forgeign military addresses (APO/FPO).

Do you take CODs?
No, we do not accept COD payments.

If I wear large sizes and the size I need isn't mentioned on that style can you order it for me?
Unfortunately we cannot.

How do I get a catalog?
To keep our prices low, we do not offer a paper catalog.

What sizes does "One Size" clothing fit?
It generally fits women sizes 3 through 12.
